LITCHFIELD TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE APRIL 14, 2025

The Litchfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hear a request for Variance for property located at 8676 Norwalk Road, Litchfield, Ohio 44253.

Application #3132025 requests a 10’ Variance reference to Section 307.03 of the Litchfield Zoning Resolution which requires a 30’ setback from a new proposed property line.

The meeting will start at 6:30pm in the Litchfield Town hall located at 9256 Norwalk Road, Litchfield Township in Ohio.
