Litchfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold an Administrative Appeal, Case #120323 on January 4, 2024, at 6:45pm in the Litchfield Town Hall located at 9256 Norwalk Road, Litchfield, Ohio 44253. The Administrative Appeal is for property located at 4590 Beat Road in Litchfield, Ohio 44253; the property at 4590 Beat Road is allowing a business to operate in the Residential Zoning District by a non-resident business; this is not permitted per the Litchfield Township Zoning Resolution Section 217.02.
